Company Business: Our principle business is the purchase and resale of single family houses in the Birmingham, Alabama area. We are strictly investors. We are going to purchase your house NOT list it for sale and wait to see if it sells. We buy several single family houses per month and would like to buy more.

We offer flexible plans to buy and sell houses that allow sellers and buyers to move out or in very quickly with no hassles . Regardless of a seller’s reason for needing to sell, we will work on a solution.
